PRESENT POSITION: Mark Camma is a Valuation Consultant of Klaris, Thomson & Schroeder, Inc. Mr. Camma specializes in financial valuations.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS: Mr. Camma is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). He is also a CPA, and is currently working on his Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers. Mr. Camma also teaches accounting and taxation courses at a local college.

EXPERIENCE: Mr. Camma’s focus has been on valuations of closely held companies providing valuations in connection with sale and estate tax planning.

EMPLOYMENT: Before his affiliation with Klaris, Thomson & Schroeder, Inc., Mr. Camma worked as a business consultant, specializing in financing and acquisitions of closely held businesses.

EDUCATION: He holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Rowan University and an M.B.A. in finance from Temple University.
